- Account is inactive or deleted Your account may have expired or been deleted for some reason. Please contact your 4G Administrator for further details. |

- Requires Serial You may have deleted the 4G Serial number needed to access your 4G account. You may also be trying to log in from a different browser and/or computer than the one you originally specified in your account setup. Please email Support to rectify this issue. |

- Bad IP You may have logged in using an IP address not recognised by the Admin System. Please email Support to rectify this issue. |
|
- Account locked out Your account has been locked for security reasons. Multiple attempts have been made to access your account. Please email Support to rectify this issue. |

- Must enter PIN In order to access your account, you will receive a SMS message to your mobile phone, containing your PIN. Please enter this number when prompted. Please email Support to rectify this issue. |

- Wrong PIN The PIN you have entered may be incorrect or not the most recent sent to your mobile phone. If you have tried to login more than once you may not have received the most recent update of your PIN. Please wait a couple of minutes for the system to update itself and send out your new PIN. Please email Support to rectify this issue. |
